So we had a young man show up about lunch time today. He swore he was 19 but just had dwarfism. We gave him a weld test and he passed with flying colors. He also told us he was forklift certified. Upon further investigation it turns out he was a 6yr old that just wanted to play with the toys in the office. We promptly dismissed him from further work when he woke up from his nap. HR has been notified and corrective actions will be taken. All kidding aside, we are so proud to host kids and show them how we work and what we do. Yes, we rebuild dumpsters and build new boxes too. But this is what it's all about at the end of the day.

Right at eight months...we held our Grand Re-Opening today with family, friends, coworkers, the community, vendors and most important, our customers! We were closed all of a day and a half...you read that right, a day and a half. We actually shipped a load the day of the fire and the following day that were completed earlier. We joined the chamber of commerce and did the ribbon cutting in style...with a cutting torch!! Thank you to everyone that could be there. Just like we promised, we are back and bigger than ever. Some of y'all may have heard, but to bring everyone up to speed, we had a little fire at the shop today. We've been in Meridian for almost 24 years. Today, that town answered the call for help. As well as Clifton, Morgan, Bosque County Sheriff and Game Wardens. North Bosque EMS set up to help the fire fighters recoup. We probably missed someone but in the pre dawn chaos it can be easy to miss someone important. It looks pretty bad and to be honest it is. But the shop is still standing, nobody was hurt and we have insurance to rebuild the offices. They're gonna be better than ever and we'll be stronger when we're done. Y'all keep calling for all your dumpsters and solid waste equipment repair. We're ready to roll!!

We rebuild dumpsters and share a property line with the high school football field in our town. Never thought my company would be big enough to sponsor a scoreboard and play clocks but here we are. Living the dream. Will I get a single job out of it?? Chances are about as good as the team winning state...but who knows, somebody at a track meet might see it and we end up replacing a packer panel on a garbage truck, new floor, or pick up a new customer that ends up doing constant business with us. No matter, it's what's good for the community and we're proud to be a part of it.

We've been adding a new product line to our capabilities this month. This is a loop hinge for Emco style side load containers. It holds a metal back lid in place with plastic lids attached half way down the top of the container. If you have these containers you know these are a LOT harder to get ahold of these days...well not anymore! We are ready to start shipping them nation wide. One to one thousand we can do it. These are made on the original machinery from Emco and are an exact replacement. It took a month and a crew of half a dozen on the weekends to stand it up but it's on line now! Y'all holler at us for all your container parts needs. We don't just rebuild or build new, we support the boxes out there today!!
