Will a high-level IT professional be on-site weekly?

Yes. It is our True North Principle. You will see us every week or every other week depending on your needs. We believe the remote heavy IT model is lame. It does not work. We do not send low or mid-level IT people on-site on a regular basis. Only our DOIT (Director of IT) goes on-site regularly.

A DOIT has over 10 years of high level IT experience. Because a DOIT is a high level position our model has proven they are a long term position. Our customers do not have the revolving door of IT people.

Most companies deal with new IT people all the time. It is frustrating and not efficient for anyone. So you will enjoy the same person for a long, long time having ownership of your IT environment.

The best part about working with Limetree Labs…your business will never have to worry about IT again! We live to take extreme ownership of your IT.
