What I’m noticing with executives, lawyers, and consultants:

You’re enthusiastic about using AI—and integrating artificial intelligence is helping you respond faster to clients and your teams.

But it isn’t helping you listen better and it’s not always getting you the results you hoped for.

Here are two quick self-check questions before you respond:

1. Are you listening to reply—or listening to understand?

2. Are you noticing body language, tone of voice, hesitation, or what isn’t being said by your client or team?

AI tools are helpful— and makes us reply quicker without a doubt

But it is important to cultivate your listening skills, foster empathy by considering others perspectives, and maintain a sense of curiosity. When you do combine and integrate with AI it creates better results. 🧠

Curious—What helps you stay present when the pressure to respond quickly is high?

Strong Intentions Set Direction- Simple Systems Create Consistency

Happy New Year! Are you noticing your same intentions every January?

If you’re a leader, partner, or executive, I already know something about you! Your intentions are real, and you are dedicated, smart—and frustrated.

Your focus and your ex*****on is still hard when it comes to taking care of your key goals (especially your personal ones)

Here’s what I see every January as an executive coach:

It’s not a motivation problem.---It’s a systems and routines problem.

“I want to be healthier.”

“I want to communicate better.”

“I want to grow my business.”

Sound familiar? All sincere. And still tough to act on in the middle of back-to-back meetings and constant decisions.

That’s where : If–Then planning comes in. It helps you build systems that support you—especially on busy days.

Example of If-Then Planning:

If it’s 7:30am, then I take a 10-minute walk.

If a conversation feels tense, then I pause and ask one curious question.

If my calendar starts to overflow, then I protect one 15-minute focus block.

This isn’t about doing more or pushing harder.
It’s about designing routines that make follow-through easier.

Here’s one of my coaching tips:

Strong intentions set direction.
Simple systems and routines create consistency.

Here's one question to think about:

What’s one small “if–then” decision you could make today that would make tomorrow a little easier?

If you want help designing systems that turn good intentions into real action—for yourself or your leadership team—message me.

Let’s make this year feel more doable.

“If it’s not broken, don’t fix it.”

Heard that before? Let me explain why it’s wrong.

Success can create a false sense of security.

While your team is riding high, the competition might already be pivoting, evolving, and gaining ground.

The most common obstacles to innovation are:

Fear of disrupting the status quo.

Assumptions that success will last.

Lack of curiosity to explore “what’s next.”

Innovation thrives when teams stay adaptable, ask bold questions, and welcome change—even when things are doing great.

What’s your team doing to ensure you’re ready for the future? Coaching Teams and leaders can help you build a culture of curiosity and agility.

Let’s connect to start the conversation today.

Today marks Yom HaShoah, also referred to as Holocaust Remembrance Day.

This day holds profound significance as we honor the memory of the six million Jewish who lost their lives during the Holocaust.

I recently attended an event organized by the UJA-Federation called the Witness Project. This initiative offers students the opportunity to engage with the few remaining survivors of that era, enabling them to hear firsthand accounts from those who lived through it. Education like this is needed today more than ever and listening to the students and the survivors was deeply emotional, impactful and resonated with me profoundly.

On this Yom HaShoah, may we all be encouraged to reinforce our commitment to one another and strive for a world characterized by love, dignity, peace, and the eradication of hatred, bigotry, and violence.

Never Again and in memory light a candle in honor of all that lost their lives.

Leadership can feel like spring weather—calm one moment, chaotic the next.

Just when you think you’ve got it all under control, a gust of change throws everything up in the air.
What helps?

Recalibrating. Reflecting. Realigning.

Spring is nature’s invitation to evolve—and your leadership should be no different.

Ask yourself:
Am I leading from intention or reaction?
What outdated habits need to be shed?
How can I foster innovation and collaboration instead of just answers?

✨ A small shift today could lead to big growth tomorrow.

What part of your leadership are you refreshing this season?

Spring = reset season 🌱. New colors and energy. In times of uncertainty, what we can control is within us. Your mindset, your energy is a conscious choice. Bright colors and clothes can make me feel upbeat even when things may not always be so "rosy".

If you’re feeling it's time for me to grow as a leader, try starting here:

Ask yourself 5 questions:

Am I stuck in old leadership patterns?
Do I avoid hard conversations?
Am I leading with purpose—or reacting to problems?
How am I driving connection, agility, and innovation?
Have I shifted from “expert” to “facilitator”?

Growth doesn’t require a total overhaul. Just a pause—and a pivot.

What do you do within your control to feel good and to keep growing?

💬 Save this post for your next leadership reflection session.
✨ Coaching spots are open this spring. Let’s grow together.

Some people get buried by stress. Others use it to fuel their growth.

The difference? Mental Fitness.

👉 “During some of the busiest days, I walked away with an attitude of finding the positives in the day—and in a better mindset than I had in the past.”

The most effective leaders don’t just manage stress. They transform it into a tool for clarity, resilience, and success. And once you experience that shift, everything changes.
