What do you do if insurance completely denies your claim?
That's what happened to one of our clients, who was out of the country when their house flooded.
π The first floor flooded 3 inches
π Ceiling tiles bowed from water damage in the pipes
π Electrical components failed completely
This seems like an easy case, but the claim was still denied.
Their insurance claimed that since the furnace was not on, the damage was the insured party's fault, even though the homeowner was away from the house for an extended period of time.
So, they called a Public Adjuster.
Once we were able to inspect the property and negotiate with the insurance company, we were able to secure the client a fair payout of over $31,000.
From absolutely nothing to $31K.
That's the different a Public Adjuster can make.
