Allen Safety, LLC was founded in 2001 by Joe Allen. After a stint as a corpsman in the Navy specializing in weapons, Joe graduated from Oklahoma State Univeristy with a Bachlor's degree in Fire Safety Engineering and started work as a safety manager at a beef plant after graduation. The company was created when he saw a need for detailed knowledge about a plant’s production and engineering operati
ons while providing hands on training guiding locations on how to apply and meet OSHA regulation at their site. The company has since grown and works side by side with the major food manufacturing plants & agribusiness operations in the United States and overseas. Allen Safety believes in a boots on the ground/hands on in the field approach, providing on site safety consulting. Our technical specialties include HAZMAT, Incident Command/Incident Manager and Confined Space Rescue training, safety procedure and assessment writing, process improvement evaluations, PSM compliance audits, worker safety auditing, new manager 10 and 30 hour worker safety training, and new location acquisitions and startups. Allen Safety is a results-based company on the cutting edge of new regulation and regulatory caselaw that can provide financial returns on their clients’ investments in a sound safety culture. All training and auditing is 100% customized for that location (we don’t believe in boiler plate) held on site, with no limitations on travel, hours, climate or working conditions- we work when you work.
