Congress is currently considering the REPAIR Act, legislation designed to help ensure independent repair facilities continue to have access to the critical repair and diagnostic information needed to properly service today’s increasingly advanced vehicles.

Today marks one whole year of ShiftPoint Training Academy. 🥳

When I started this company, the goal was simple: Help independent automotive shops improve communication, build stronger processes and create better experiences for their Clients. Over the past year, we’ve had the opportunity to work with incredible shop owners, service advisors and Teams who are committed to doing things the right way and getting a little bit better every single day. We’ve seen firsthand how much impact the right coaching, structure and accountability can have... Not just on sales, but on confidence, clarity and Team performance.

There’s still a lot of work to do, and that’s the exciting part!

Year two is focused on expanding our reach, continuing to refine our training systems and helping even more shops build sustainable, high-performing Teams.
