This customer was unfortunately left with failing solar critter guard after the original company went out of business and was no longer able to honor their warranty.😤😤😤

We heavily discounted the project to help make a frustrating situation a little easier. 😇 The old failing mesh was removed, the area beneath the solar array was cleaned and sanitized, and the entire system was properly re wrapped with new critter guard.

It’s a good reminder of why choosing a local, reputable company that stands behind its workmanship and warranty matters. 👀🤔💭

Another courtyard cleanup and bird exclusion job completed today.

This property had pigeon droppings, nesting debris, dirty gutters, failed bird spike, and several areas where pigeons had been consistently hanging out.

We cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, installed new mesh and bird spike where needed, added a roof-mounted reflector, and finished with a full courtyard cleanup.

Cleaning up the mess is only part of the job. The real goal is fixing the areas that are allowing the pigeons to keep coming back.

Finished up another bird control project today in Queen Creek!

We installed 50 feet of professional-grade bird spike along the roof ridge caps to eliminate the pigeons’ favorite perching areas. We also cleaned up and sanitized the affected roof areas, removing the accumulated droppings and debris.

Gilbert courtyard pigeon problem taken care of.

We removed the nesting material, cleaned and sanitized the affected areas, and installed exclusion mesh to seal off the alcoves. We also installed bird spike across the entire courtyard iron ornament and the ledge to eliminate the main landing and perching areas.

Everything is now cleaned up, sealed off, and protected to help keep the pigeons from settling back in.
