We provide Special Event Building Permitting for area Special Event Projects with Temporary Structures, including stadium tours.

Looking for a State of Texas registered P.E., who is interested in performing on-site observation of Temporary Structures: Stages, Platforms, Towers (sound/lighting/video), Trusses and providing a sealed letter after the installation is completed.

All structures have engineered sealed drawings and calculations, these are assembled by qualified installers according to the sealed drawings. Your scope will focus on that installation, including anchoring ballast and other anchoring methods.

We completed a massive permitting and Inspection Coordination project for the 'Cold Play World Tour 2022 Music of the Spheres World Tour' Kick Off at the Cotton Bowl, Dallas, Texas. One of many specialty services we offer.

This project consisted of several Temporary Structures: Stages, Towers and Platforms. We work with our client Live Nation and developed the required drawings, documents and performing occupant load analysis.

The City of Mesquite, Texas Citizens Development Review Committee is about to begin meeting. The committee is comprised of many professionals in the Building Construction and Development Industry.

This committee will review the Development and Building Inspection Permitting Process, including the codes and ordinances that are related, respectively.

Then, the members will analyze the results of the review, discuss improvements and make recommendations to the council.
