A little personality goes a long way around here. 💕
Hailee brings her own style, her own energy and absolutely no interest in blending into the background which feels pretty on brand for OBC. 😂
We’re big believers that the best teams aren’t made up of people who are all the same. Bring what you’re good at. Bring your personality. Bring YOU.
We’ll take that over boring any day. ✨

Some people need a lot of noise to make an impact. Lisa just gets it done. 😂 Consistent, dependable and always willing to jump in where she's needed. Consider this your regularly scheduled Lisa appreciation post. 💕

100 applications sounds great. 100 booked sounds even better. But then what? We watch booked → showed → second round → hired because somewhere in that funnel is the number that actually needs attention. Pretty calendars are cute. Funnels that convert are better.

Counting down to “I do” and counting UP the interviews booked. 💍📈
Maddie recently got engaged (!!!) and somehow is balancing wedding planning with helping keep the OBC calendars full.
Big numbers. Bigger plans. And one very shiny new accessory. 💕

Numbers are in and somebody came to PLAY. 👑 Meet this week's OBC High Roller — our top performer from last week. Big numbers deserve their moment around here. Jade booked a total of 448 first rounds last week!

Waiting until someone hands you more responsibility? Couldn't be us. Learn another part of the business. Ask the question. Train somebody. Find the problem. Fix the problem. Around here, growth usually starts before the title does.

New to OBC and already making moves. 👏
Amy joined the team and came out swinging jumping in across multiple markets, learning fast, supporting wherever she’s needed and absolutely crushing it along the way.
Safe to say she understood the assignment. 💕 We’re very glad you’re here, Amy!

2,000+ interviews booked. One week. Across multiple markets, multiple clients and one team that knows how to MOVE. And because we're us, we celebrated for approximately 14 seconds before asking: okay, but how many showed? 😂 Volume gets attention. Conversion gets results. We care about both. Welcome to October at OutBurst.
