I train and coach in the real world. My unabashedly candid approach cuts through the noise and clutter. I’m adept at getting to the core of the issues that cause executives to lose sleep. I provide the clarity which helps CEOs eliminate barriers to greater growth. I quickly understand what needs to be done to eliminate interoffice workplace issues that interfere with operations. brand of coaching helps employees recognize and overcome counterproductive habits in ways that change their behavior long after my work is done. Business owners call me because I deliver results. I train leaders on the behaviors necessary to lead others such as coaching and feedback, leadership credibility, business communications and conflict resolution. A great employee doesn’t automatically become a great leader merely by being promoted. Real problems require practical solutions. I outline actions, accountability and resources for clients to witness real change. As a Vistage Chair, I lead a group of high-performing CEOs, business owners and key executives as they work to solve complex challenges and collaborate to grow their businesses. I draw on my experience to instill courage and help executives build stronger companies which benefits everyone. As a one-on-one Coach, my methodology is based on transparent dialogue with practical yet highly impactful feedback. I appear on a weekly television segment and I’m a featured speaker at events. I currently serve as a mentor for Loyola University’s Women’s Leadership Academy and I’m on the Board of Directors for the Greater New Orleans Executive Association.
