Happy National Indian Pale Ale Beer Day! 🍻

Fact #1: IPA stands for India Pale Ale… but it wasn’t invented in India.

Fact #2: The extra hops weren’t added for taste, they were added to help the beer survive a months long voyage by ship.

Fact #3: Hops are actually part of the h**p family, but they don’t contain THC and won’t get you “high.” They simply give IPAs their signature bitterness and aroma.

There are No wrong answers… unless you say “I don’t eat oysters.” 😡😂

Also…..Serving raw oysters isn’t just about keeping them cold. Health regulations also require restaurants to prevent cross contamination by handling and storing shellfish appropriately, purchasing only from approved suppliers, and keeping shellstock tags for 90 days after the last oyster is served.

Here are some unwritten rules of White Wine: 🤫

Rule #1: The first sip is always taken with your eyes closed.

Rule #2: If someone says, “Want to split a bottle?they already planned on ordering two.

Rule #3: Seafood tastes better with a chilled glass of white wine.

Rule #4: The first glass disappears way faster than the second. Nobody knows why.
