Louisiana businesses are now expected to maintain an organized, updated Responsible Vendor list at ALL TIMES for inspections.

New employees only have 45 days from their hire date to obtain their Responsible Vendor Card. After that, your business could face serious compliance issues if they are serving or selling alcohol without it and very, very VERY expensive fines.

- Sanitizer levels + test strips
- Dish machine temperatures
- Hot water access
- Air drying procedures
