This mare was definitely struggling with those upper 6 hooks! Lots of people are taught you can only reduce protuberant teeth only 2-5 mm at a time. In reality you can reduce that in the rate it would normally get reduced with routine dentistry. As I reduced the hook I kept checking to make sure I wasn’t to close to the opening of the pulp chamber. This mare is going to feel 10X better and definitely going to be able to eat better.
