Headquartered in Mexico, Missouri, the cooperative serves parts of Audrain, Callaway, Monroe, Montgo

Consolidated Electric Cooperative was formed June 20, 1938 and incorporated under the laws of the State of Missouri. Since that time, 39 other locally owned and operated non-profit, rural electric distribution cooperatives have been organized in Missouri. The CEC service territory consists of approximately 2,330 miles of energized line servicing more than 7,800 connected meters. The service area covers part of six counties: Audrain, Callaway, Monroe, Montgomery, Pike and Ralls.

Bids must be delivered to the same location or mailed to Consolidated Electric Cooperative, PO Box 540, Mexico, MO 65265. If delivering after office hours, please use the night drop box on the east side of the building in the drive-thru.

Indicate either 2018 Flatbed or 2005 Chevrolet on the outside of your sealed envelope. Be sure to include your name and phone number with your bid.

Bidding will close at 12:00 PM on 9/3/26. The winning bidder for each truck will be notified on September 3, 2026.

Our meter change-out program is underway! ⚡️

As part of our ongoing commitment to providing reliable service, contractors will be replacing older electric meters with new meters. Most installations take just a few minutes and require a brief interruption in service.
