**WE ARE HIRING**
JCH Seamless Gutters, Inc. is looking for Project Estimators, Crew Leaders and
Laborers to join our team.
Job Summaries:
• Project Estimator Summary: Go to potential customers house to take measurements,
provide the customer with the quote and go over details regarding the quote. Plus, various
other tasks as assigned by company owner.
• Crew Leader Summary: In this role it will be your job to over see your assigned staff while
you and your team fabricate, assemble, and install gutters for our residential and
commercial customers. Some of your time will also include repairing existing gutter
systems and other various tasks.
• Laborer Summary: Perform various assigned tasks given to you by the company owner or
your crew leader.
• Qualities: Self motivated, energetic, team player, talented, organized, professional
appearance and demeanor. You must be comfortable working on ladders and on roofs.
• The workweek is Monday-Friday with Saturday’s being optional
• The workday is from 7am- typically around 3 or 4pm
Experience/Requirement's:
• Prior experience preferred but not required; (on job training available)
• OSHA 10 Hr. (assistance available to obtain certification)
• Must be 18 years of age or older
Benefits/Paid Time:
• Paid lunch
• Paid 40 hrs. sick time
• Paid holidays (New Years Eve, New Years Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day,
Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, Day after Christmas.)
• We offer a simple IRA with up to a 3% match.
• End of year bonus offered (conditions apply)
Pay:
• Hourly wage with time & 1/2 over 40 hours.

This method is the safest solution that won’t damage your roof or gutters.

We first remove the snow from your roofing using poly shovels, once the snows removed and the ice dams are fully visual we start the ice removal process. Once snow and ice have been removed from roof area’s we will clear all walkways, decks, etc. upon request.

This service is $400.00 per hour plus tax, I hour minimal. This includes a two person crew. Travel fees will apply outside Oswego County.
