L-VISA: LONG STAY VISA FOR EXECUTIVES AND THEIR FAMILIES

This visa is suitable for those entrepreneurs who already work with the US and/or are familiar with the US market, as direct management of the business by the Applicant is required.

❗️The E-2 visa is available to foreigners who want to develop their business in the US, for citizens of countries included in the E-Treaty Agreement with the US.

❗️The visa is not available to citizens of Russia and Belarus, and in order to obtain it, you will need to obtain an intermediate citizenship, for example, Grenada.
