MINDFUL MOMENT:
Those that matter don't mind. Those that mind don't matter.
Let that sink in.

Surround yourself with the things you desire.

Visit the places you desire to live.

Visit the stores you want to shop.

You get the picture.

Don't just dream.

Don't just write out your goals.

Don't just create your Vision board.

Things shifted for me not only when I verbalized my visions but also when I got my mind and body used to being around and visualizing the life I desire.

Today is World Human Spirit Day. Today is the time to leave everything for a while and meditate.

Meditating and Breathwork have saved my sanity on many days in the last few months.
During a time when everyone seemed to be going wrong in my life, it took stepping away and sometimes even screaming just to avoid a meltdown. Some may say that I had a meltdown, but I called it a much-needed RELEASE.

As Introverts, we tend to hold things in. Whether we are frustrated, hurt, or angry, we keep it all in. This bad habit has a negative effect on our health both mentally and physically. So before I let it kill, I choose to let it out.

Holding things in has caused me physical pain like headaches and heat blotches, just to name a few. The body's response to this is different for everyone.

So make time to feed your spirit, create pockets of time you can release and reset.
If you know this is something you need to do, go to your calendar right now and create blocks of time you will commit to feeding your spirit.

It's not enough to COMMIT, you also need to get to the DOING.

I know you can do this.

Your Coach,
Genta Alyssa

This is one of the nicest holidays. Traditionally on this day, adults give children books and try to instill in them a love of reading. Did you like to read as a child? :)

Make time today, to allow yourself to enjoy solitude and spend productive time alone.

You can not pour from an empty cup.

Take time to breathe. Time to Acknowledge and Love on You.

This is the most important thing that ANYONE can do for themselves.
