The self-sponsorship playbook has changed.

H-1B lottery odds. A proposed $100K filing fee. NIW cases drawing RFEs that wouldn't have come a few years ago. L-1 submissions getting harder questions about managerial authority. Attorneys are adjusting, and the adjustments look different case by case.
