An exciting new type of product planned for Ft. Lauderdale, will be the tallest senior-living oriented tower in South FL. Design by Borges + Associates Architecture for Ocean Land Investments.

The project would include five restaurants and a dining room on the 42nd floor.

AquaBlu Fort Lauderdale, which broke ground in Fall 2015, has unveiled new exterior renderings as the rising waterfront development approaches 60 percent sold.

This weekend the media hold on Porsche Design Tower is finally lifted and we are so excited to share this piece from TOWER TRIP Magazine done in collaboration with Dezer Development's top producing agent Eduardo Cofresi. Love the before and after shots!

Right there in front us, there is a huge central glass tube that is propelling luxury cars 60 floors up in the air with absolutely no sound. A vision straight out of a sci-fi movie.

We are so proud to have been involved in organizing an event like this that really teaches people something they didn't know before, and speaks to the true nature of Miami as a growing and diverse place.
