🎤 Mert Gulen is an entrepreneur and business leader with international experience in wellness, consulting, marketing, and technology. He is the Founder and CEO of Carisma Wellness Group – one of Malta’s leading wellness groups, bringing together the brands Carisma Spa & Wellness, Carisma Aesthetics, and Carisma Slimming.
His professional journey includes roles at companies such as Boston Consulting Group and Deloitte Consulting, where he worked on strategic planning projects for Fortune 500 companies, as well as building his own businesses in the fields of marketing and technology.
Today, his focus is on building more structured and efficient organizations through systems, automation, and AI. He believes sustainable growth does not come from chaotic actions or “heroic” effort, but from clear and consistent processes, well-designed systems, and the smart use of technology.
In his day-to-day work, he closely observes how artificial intelligence is transforming the way businesses organize their processes, make decisions, and create better customer experiences – without losing the human element behind the business.
🎤 Nikolay Yorgov is a marketing specialist and entrepreneur with more than 18 years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, and brand development.
He is the founder of STELLARY – an agency that acts as an external marketing partner for its clients, helping businesses not only “look good” online, but genuinely grow and adapt to an increasingly dynamic market environment.
Over the years, Nikolay has worked with both Bulgarian and international companies across industries such as automotive, pharmaceuticals, FMCG, services, employer branding, and B2B marketing.
His approach is highly practical and focused on real business results rather than simply “beautiful marketing.” Through his everyday work, he closely follows the changing behavior of customers, the evolution of the digital environment, and the growing role of AI in marketing, giving him a grounded perspective on what works today – and what is no longer enough.
He frequently participates as a guest speaker, sharing practical experience, real-world examples, and insights based on hands-on work with businesses and everyday marketing challenges.
