Month-to-month sounds “flexible”
until your tenant stops leaving.
Here is the clean way to end it in Florida:
1️⃣ Give at least 30 days written notice before the end of the rental period
2️⃣ Send it in writing and keep proof of delivery
3️⃣ Do not accept new rent past the termination date if you want them out
4️⃣ Still in possession after that
