On Saturday, June 11th I received the phone call no mother ever wants to get.
"Mom, the house is on fire."
All I could do is instruct and support them by getting themselves and the dogs out safely. It was the longest 45 min ride of my life and when I pulled up to the neighborhood I had to run through a maze of fire trucks and ambulances to get to my babies.
The great news is that no one was hurt. Everyone is safe.
The sad news is, that we've lost almost everything to fire, water, heat, and smoke damage.
The Freq shipping department was in our home. And while the frequencies of the product seemed to have protected them greatly (this room only suffered mild smoke damage) we are still going through the process of determining damages and therefore have no current inventory.
That's why the items on our site are currently for preorder only.
As we go through this process our team will be focused on the things from the back end so we are halting social media efforts until we know what the recovery process will look like. If we seem quiet don’t worry — we’ll be back better than ever. We’re just making sure our foundation is strong for you.
