As an actor, model, and advocate for healthy aging, opportunities like this remind me that representation matters.

We need more stories that show people of every age continuing to learn, contribute, grow, and make an impact.

Aging is not the end of possibility.

It is the beginning of new chapters. โค๏ธโœจ

protecting heart and brain health
staying metabolically flexible
keeping mobility and purpose
catching problems early

In our view and science weights this out the biggest predictors of long-term health are still surprisingly basic:
