Hey everyone! We have a few important announcements for you because September is going to be a BIG month for SoFlo Estate Sales!

ANNOUNCEMENT 1 – THE HOUSE IS FOR SALE

First, the home where we’re currently preparing our upcoming estate sale is actually FOR SALE!

If you or someone you know is interested in purchasing the home, send us a message and we’d be happy to connect you with the realtor.

The realtor will actually be at the estate sale Friday and Saturday and available to answer questions about the property.

One important thing—while we’re preparing the estate sale, there will be no showings of the home. We’re working hard to get everything organized and ready for you, so please wait until the estate sale begins.

And, as always, the address will be released Thursday morning, so keep an eye on our social media for that!

ANNOUNCEMENT 2 – BIRTHDAY BREAK

Next week, we’re taking a little break!

We’ll be off for the week because I’ll be celebrating my birthday!

So no estate sale that weekend—but don’t worry, we’ll be back and ready to go!

ANNOUNCEMENT 3 – A HUGE ESTATE SALE!

We have a VERY BIG project coming up September 18th and 19th!

This one is going to be packed with collectibles, artwork, furniture, unique finds, and SO much more.

But there’s something really special about this estate sale.

The owner was a steakhouse restaurant owner for many years and this sale has a TON of restaurant-related items that need a new home.

We’re talking chairs, tables, dishware, serving trays, restaurant equipment, and all kinds of items that could be perfect for another restaurant, event company, caterer, or even someone looking for unique commercial pieces.

So if you know a restaurant owner, caterer, event company, or anyone who could benefit from these items—SHARE THIS VIDEO WITH THEM!

There is going to be A LOT to see, and we’ll be sharing sneak peeks and updates throughout that week.
