Daily personal evolution.

As an entrepreneur, I believe that personal growth is the key to unlocking our full potential. Every day presents a new opportunity for us to evolve, learn, and become better versions of ourselves.

Each morning I wake up with a hunger for knowledge and a thirst for self-improvement. I challenged myself to step out of my comfort zone to take risks and to embrace failure as a stepping stone to success.

I understand that growth doesn't happen overnight but it is a continuous journey. So I set time aside every day to invest in myself. Whether it's reading a thought provoking book, attending webinars, networking with, like-minded individuals, or engaging in self-assessment, I am committed to my personal evolution.

Repost from .diona: I must send you off into the weekend with a lovely visual. Being the Creative that I am, I could not do the moment justice, if I did not present this news ostentatiously in style. So here it is. I made the newspaper y'all. In the April 23, 2023 edition of the Miami Herald you will find neatly tucked in, amid a myriad of colorful papers. There in the midst of some of Miami's greatest professionals you will find me. I'm celebrating because I've worked hard and although I'm not finished yet I'm taking this time to pause and enjoy my flowers. What a beautiful bouquet 😍!!

It's been a long time coming. Bowing my head during this intermission, being intentionally present, here, today, because tomorrow is a new beginning.

I have an insatiable thirst for knowledge. As a result, I like to research facts to get different perspectives on the same topic and then I pick out the data that keeps showing up. That information becomes the basis of the topic's "truth".

If you do this long enough you start to pick up on the patterns and find that many things out there haven't changed since their "truths" have been discovered.

Several years ago, I used that type of research to open my first business and I took off running from there. I know how to effectively coach because I've researched and tested the information. I see what works and what doesn't. Sometimes the information works here but not there. That's why it's important to have someone who has tried it already and can tell you which way to go. Too often I encounter clients or other entrepreneurs who believe that just because they have a product/service to sell, or a product/service that is currently selling that they've reached their pinnacle. This is a huge🚩.

They don't try to venture beyond what they know, to ask or learn anything new from someone else. This is dangerous ⚠️. Our experiences will always be limited due to finances, our environment, our culture norms, our limiting beliefs, etc.

I once watched a nearby city's council meeting. During that meeting a business that was open in that city for 15+ years was being fined for not having a permit to operate for the entirety that they were opened 🤦🏾‍♀️.

There is no way you will know everything that there is for your business without educating yourself.

Education can come in many forms BUT the easiest way to aquire the knowledge you need to move in to the next level is by hiring a coach. Take the step today

This growth mindset is important for your next level paradigm shift. I got tired of being in the same place, repeating the same patterns, seeing the same results.

One day out of the blue I decided that everything beautiful I built in my head I was going to construct with my hands. And I changed. One of the best decisions I've ever made. I did not look back!!!!
