In high-pressure operations, control is never built at the last minute.
Before ex*****on begins, every variable must already be reviewed:
routes,
timing,
access,
communication,
contingencies,
and decision flow.
The difference between a smooth operation and operational friction usually comes down to preparation.
Because during large-scale events, there is very little room for improvisation.
Operational control starts long before movement begins.
