The Inspiring Workplaces N. American Summit and Awards took place in NYC on Wednesday June 22 and it was an extremely interesting, informative and engaging day.

Lots of great insights, experiences and stories from an array of talented and passionate people from a variety of different organizations, cultures and backgrounds. They spoke about Trust, Inspiration, Feedback, Diversity, Inclusion, Empathy, Motivation, Leadership, Employee Engagement and much, much more....

After the summit (and obligatory wine/beer break) the Top 50 Inspiring Workplaces in N. America were recognized with Ocean State Job Lot taking the top spot.

It was great to once again have face-to-face networking opportunities with many people remaking that it was their first time doing so in over 2 years.
