Please keep these safety and security tips in mind:

Online and Personal Privacy -Skip public details:
* Do not post photos online featuring your child's grade, teacher, school name, or full birth date in public social media feeds.
Keep names discrete:

* Avoid printing your child’s first name on the exterior of backpacks or lunchboxes, which allows strangers to approach them by name.

* Memo card: Place an emergency identification card inside your young child’s backpack containing parent phone numbers and pickup permissions rather than external tags.

* Establish pickup rules: Clearly define who is authorized to pick up your child and ensure the school front office has matching documentation.

* Review stranger boundaries: Remind students never to accept rides, gifts, or follow instructions from unfamiliar adults.

* Report unusual behavior: Instruct older students to immediately notify a teacher, administrator, or campus security guard if they notice suspicious items or behavior

CA little awareness goes a long way.

More than 4,700 disabled parking permits have been canceled in Miami-Dade since the launch of a crackdown on fraudulent and outdated placards, the county's tax collector said.

The audit is being conducted on permits connected to deceased individuals, potentially fraudulent applications, incomplete or improperly submitted forms, and other discrepancies.

Permits related to suspected fraud could be referred to the Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office.

Donating delicious Kiwis to the Miami Rescue Mission.

Area Manager David Rodriguez coordinated to have our friends in the administration for Miami Rescue Mission for a rapid pickup.

We received the products and arranged to have it picked up inside of an hour to ensure freshness.

It will be distributed among different programs for the needy and I am sure it will all be gone in a few days!
