Aromatherapy 👃🏼🧘🏻‍♂️

Aromatherapy applies the use of a variety of different essential oils derived from plants. I use aromatherapy as an added benefit to my recovery sessions with clients to promote relaxation and help relieve stress. It has also been used to help treat a wide range of physical and mental conditions, including burns, infections, insomnia, and depression.
