Over the past two weeks, Cultura HR has had the opportunity to celebrate some of Florida’s most dynamic second-stage companies at the GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Finalist Recognition Events across the Southeast, Central, and North Florida regions.

From Stuart to Orlando to Jacksonville, we have been surrounded by entrepreneurs and business leaders who are driving growth, innovation, job creation, and economic impact in communities across our state. We are incredibly proud to be part of this group.

Out of 500+ applications, Cultura HR was selected as one of 95 finalists for the 16th Annual GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch program. Finalists represent communities throughout Florida and are now in consideration for recognition as one of the 50 Companies to Watch Honorees.

Growing Together: Cultura HR at GrowFL’s Southeast Florida Companies to Watch Finalist Recognition Event

This week, Rachel Glickman and Nicole Quinn, Co-Owners of Cultura HR, had the opportunity to join an incredible group of entrepreneurs and business leaders at GrowFL’s Companies to Watch event at Weedoo Greenboat in Stuart, FL.

As a GrowFL Florida Companies to Watch Finalist, representing Palm Beach County and the Southeast Region, it was especially meaningful to be surrounded by other leaders who are building, growing, and making an impact across Florida.

The evening brought together founders, CEOs, and leadership teams who shared candid insights into what it really takes to grow a company; from navigating challenges and building strong cultures to creating meaningful community impact. We were inspired by the stories and perspectives shared.
