I am a fractional COO for general contractors, custom home builders, and design-build firms doing $3M to $20M.

Twenty-some years ago I was the office manager for a mechanical contractor, which is a polite way of saying I was the person who knew where everything actually was.

That job taught me something I still see every week: construction companies don't run on software. They run on whoever happens to be holding the information that day. The owner's memory. The super's notebook. The one spreadsheet nobody else is allowed to touch. It all works right up until someone takes a vacation, quits, or just has a bad week.

I've spent 21 years in operations since then and the pattern hasn't changed. A contractor hits $3M, then $5M, then $10M, and the business is still held together by three people's heads and a group text.

Getting it out of those heads and into a system the whole team can run is not glamorous work. It is the difference between a company you can step away from and one that calls you on the beach.

If yours is the second kind, let's talk. Link in bio.

Do you need better systems? Watch this to find out.

This one mistake is quietly destroying your capacity as a CEO.

You keep adding to your plate without ever removing anything from it. And the assumption is that more hustle will eventually create more room.

It will not.

Capacity is not a time problem. It is a design problem. Swipe to see what the fix actually looks like.

Happy birthday to me. 🎈🥳🎉♌

Why SHOULD you work with me? 🤔

Great question.

Here's my gift: I look at your business and see the systems underneath it, not just the fires you're putting out. I think strategically about where you're stuck and what's actually going to fix it, not just patch it.

That usually means one thing: getting you out of the day to day operating system of your own company. Most founders are the bottleneck without realizing it. Every decision, every fire, every "quick question" runs through them. That's not a business, that's a very expensive job you gave yourself.

As a Fractional COO, my job is to build the systems, processes, and structure so the business runs whether you're in the room or not. That's the actual unlock. Not more hustle, better infrastructure.

I've done this across medtech, construction, legal, and higher ed, so I've seen a lot of versions of "this is just how we've always done it" and I know how to dismantle it.

This is also why I don't take on a ton of clients at once. I go deep, not wide. I show up and treat your business like it's mine, because that's the only way this actually works.

Imagine having someone in your corner who isn't just cheering you on, but is actually in the systems, building the thing that gets you your time back. ✨

Busy and productive are not the same thing.

I know that is obvious when you say it out loud. But most founders I talk to have a calendar full of tasks and a business that still feels stuck. And they cannot figure out why.

It is because the work filling your day is not always the work that moves your business forward.

Swipe through. If slide 5 hits, we need to talk. Book a discovery call via link in bio.

Burnout is not a you problem. It is a systems problem.

Every founder I have ever talked to who hit a wall hit it for the same reason. Not because they were not resilient enough or passionate enough or disciplined enough.

Because they built a business that required them to be superhuman to run it.

No processes. No team that could function independently. No frameworks. Just them holding everything together by force of will.

That works until it does not. And when it stops working it feels personal. Like something is wrong with you.

Nothing is wrong with you. If you are tired in a way that rest does not fix, book a discovery call. That is exactly what we untangle together. Link in bio.
