La Dolce Vita, Miami Beach style 🍸✨

Good food, beautiful surroundings, and some of the people shaping Miami’s property management industry.

On August 20, Danny Girgis and Lucas Kairdolf joined a select group of senior leaders from Miami’s property management community for La Dolce Vita, an intimate evening at Casa Tua Miami Beach.

The gathering was intentionally limited to 80 guests, creating an opportunity to step away from the usual pace of business and enjoy great conversation, exceptional food, live entertainment, and meaningful connections.

Casa Tua provided the perfect setting to reconnect with familiar faces, build new relationships, and spend time with professionals whose leadership continues to shape the property management landscape across Miami and South Florida.

For Clarkson + Varick and our fantastic group of co-sponsors, it was a pleasure to bring together such a distinguished group for an evening centered on relationships, conversation, and community.

The most expensive elevator problems usually start long before the elevator stops working 🛗

That was one of the biggest takeaways from Damaris Cabrera, Business Development Manager at Clarkson + Varick, while moderating this week’s Top Budget Mistakes Lunch and Learn.

We talked about condominium budgeting, reserves, and the decisions that shape a building’s future. And one topic kept coming back: elevator modernization.

Boards often know a major elevator project is coming, but it gets pushed to next year… and then the next.

Until planning becomes an emergency.

By understanding equipment age, maintenance history, remaining useful life, and future capital needs, boards can plan ahead and keep more options on the table.
