13-hour shift.
One tiny cupcake.

They waited for Mimi. 🥹

After a full shift… this was the face I walked into.

Frosting on her lips.
Cupcake in hand.
Serious like she’s already evaluating my life choices 😂

I love what I do.

But 13-hour shifts hit different when your grandbabies are turning one.

So I’m building differently.

More income streams.
More leverage.
More options.

Not to quit tomorrow.

Just to have choice.

We planned one thing…
showed up and realized it was permanently closed 😅

Cold, windy day.
Kids with a lot of energy.
Taxi driver says, “Trust me—go to Jungle Island.” 🌿🦜

And honestly? It saved the day.
Animals, color, space to run, explore, and just let kids be kids.

Sometimes the detour ends up being the best part of the trip.

Colorful streets, music in the air, history on every corner, and moments like these that remind me why I love exploring new places with family.

What always stands out to me is how much community and culture are woven into the neighborhoods we walk through. Every building has a story, and every street reflects the people who shaped it.

Traveling like this is also a reminder of why I enjoy being part of conversations around real estate, community, and long-term opportunity. It’s not just about properties—it’s about understanding places, people, and the paths we’re building for ourselves.

Grateful for the memories, the culture, and days that make you slow down and appreciate where you are ❤️

🌴 Nassau moments, ocean air, and real-life perspective.

Traveling with kids always reminds me why I started learning about real estate and alternative income — not to escape life, but to build options inside of it.

I’m part of a real estate group that meets daily, and on Mondays & Thursdays we showcase real deals — real numbers, real lessons, and real conversations. Being in rooms like this has completely changed how I think about money and time.
