Last week were were honored to help with a pride event in Washington DC. It was a bit last minute but it all came together for a wonderful event! Excellent work team! We had the talented Emily Borndt and Mitch Reneau on lighting, the awesome Paul Lee on audio, and Production Manager extraordinaire Mike Wawro kept the ship moving forward!

Meet Amanda Nitsche, known around here as "Tiny," who’s been a dedicated member of the Dont Wonder Productions team since February 2019! Amanda started her industry journey with DWP and has taken on roles from Warehouse and Camera Operator to Accounting, Show/Shop Mom, and even Snack Provider!

Tiny's story is as unique as her nickname. She’s a former renegade roller derby player and even co-founded a team with her mother-in-law in Buffalo, NY! Outside of work, she’s an outdoor enthusiast who loves snowboarding, roller skating, boating, kayaking, hiking—basically, anything near the water. And here’s a fun fact: Amanda and her husband, Bean (who works with us too through ), have traveled across Europe hitting up music festivals!

Amanda, thank you for the many hats you wear and the energy you bring to DWP! We’re lucky to have you in the family!

On this , we're spotlighting Paul Lee, our Production Manager, Audio Lead, and Graphic Design specialist at Don't Wonder Productions! With an incredible 30 years of experience in the industry, Paul has been an essential part of the DWP family for the past 9 years, ensuring top-notch audio and production quality for every event.

Fun Fact: Paul modestly claims he's "not fun," but we disagree! Did you know he speaks fluent Korean and is a skilled guitarist and bassist?

Paul holds several industry-recognized certifications, including Dante Level 3, Shure Wireless, and DLive mixer certifications—so when it comes to sound engineering, he's our go-to expert.

We’re proud to have someone as talented and experienced as Paul leading the way in production and sound at DWP. Thanks for everything you do, Paul!

On this we are recognizing Mike, our Director of Event Management at Don't Wonder Productions, bringing 19 years of industry experience to the table. He’s been an integral part of the DWP team for the past 18 years, making sure every event goes off without a hitch!

Fun Fact: Mike has stepped foot on 6 out of 7 continents in just one year—now that's a world traveler!

Before joining us, Mike’s journey in the entertainment industry led him to tour with some of the biggest names out there, including Linkin Park, Metallica, Paul McCartney, and even Robin Williams! His experience as a drummer and athlete only adds to his dynamic background in the field.

Mike’s been mentioned in industry articles on PLSN and has a variety of movie credits from different acts, though he’s too humble to keep track of it all.

We’re lucky to have someone with Mike’s dedication, talent, and global experience leading our event management team!
