U.S. Security, one of the largest locally owned security providers in the state of Florida is currently seeking for professional and experienced Security Supervisors (Patrol Supervisors, Site Supervisors and Flex Officers) for a variety of locations in Miami-Dade county for immediate hire.
Ideal candidates must meet the following criteria:
*Display good time management, and critical thinking ability.
*At least 2 years of security experience (residential or commercial)
*Flexibility with schedules, availability to work extra shifts if need.
*Bilingual preferred (English a MUST, Spanish a plus)
*GED required, associate or higher degree preferred in any related area.
*Verifiable employment track (5 years)
*Excellent communication skills, leadership and customer service oriented.
*We are also hiring unarmed security officers and front desk personnel for several properties in Brickell, Miami Beach, Doral and Kendall.

We are currently seeking certified and professional security officers for a front desk position and roving patrol officers to perform duties at a prestigious Class A condominium in Brickell. The Courtesy Officer ensures a safe environment is maintained and reminds guests of policies and procedures of the property. The Officer must be able to establish good communication and professional working relationships when dealing with guests, management and vendors.

Be familiar and maintain Client Standards and Respond to guest complaints and/or concerns in a professional and courteous manner both in person and on the phone, including but not limited to resolving housekeeping and engineering issues related to the building.

Document details and advise management. Respond and react to disturbances affecting guests and building staff according to the procedures. Follow written and verbal instructions.

Officer is expected to arrive to work on time everyday and follow relieving protocols. Full time position available.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES
*High school diploma preferred. Any combination of education and experience equivalent and graduation from high school or any other combination of education, training or experience that provides the required knowledge skills and abilities is preferred.

Prestigious university in is currently hiring armed campus security officers for all shifts to become an integral part of our team. The selected individual will patrol and secure assigned premises as well as identify risks to staff and patrons at a very dynamic job site.

Responsibilities:

*Monitor premises to prevent theft, violence, or infractions of rules
*Thoroughly examine doors, windows, and gates to ensure proper function and security
*Warn violators of premise rules and regulations
*Expel any persons engaging in suspicious or criminal acts
*Report any facility issues such as fire hazards and leaking water pipes
*Request emergency personnel for high risk situations

Qualifications:

*Previous experience in security, law enforcement, military or other related fields
*Familiarity with security equipment
*Ability to handle physical workload
*Strong attention to detail
