This morning I heard keynote speaker and Ex*****on Architect Pete De La Torre share some seriously practical insights around closing the “ex*****on gap” - the difference between what leaders know they should do and what they actually execute.
A few standout takeaways:
-Making a Blue Ocean shift instead of competing in crowded markets
-Using Strategic Periodization to create “year-end push”’ four times a year - make this a habit!
-Applying the 75% RPA formula - keeping 75% of your week focused on revenue-producing activities.
Really solid session packed with tactical tools, actionable strategies and ideas you can put to work immediately.
Definitely recommend for anyone in business leadership or growth-focused roles.
