Tired of watching brokers and distributors eat into your restaurant's profits? There's a smarter way to source your ingredients.

At the U.S. Minority Chamber of Commerce, we understand the challenges restaurant and café owners face. That’s why we launched “The Trade Window,” our new members-only digital platform.

This program is a game-changer, allowing you to purchase high-quality fruits, vegetables, coffee, and more directly from a network of verified producers in the Americas. By purchasing without intermediaries, you can significantly lower your costs and improve your menu's quality. Best of all? We manage the entire complex process of importation and logistics for you.
