: It is not a secret that there are more and more manufacturers of cars or electric vehicles. And it is not a secret that more and more government institutions are imposing more restrictions on manufacturers of diesel & gasoline cars.

A wave of electric vehicles and related companies is flooding public markets this year (mainly through **C deals), hoping to capture a slice of the booming industry as governments push for green initiatives.

These follow in the footsteps of a host of startups that were listed last year. Some will face direct competition from electric vehicle giant ($TSLA), as well as traditional vehicle companies entering the space.

These are some of the newest players on the block, with experience ranging from commercial electric vehicles to battery technology and charging stations. The list grows week by week, even as share prices in the sector have been cooling recently.

: Yesterday was International Women's Day, but how are women represented among Big Tech or ?

While the tech industry tends to pride itself on changing the world of work, and often with a bit of hubris the world per se, the tech sector is actually further from achieving gender equality than the economy of as a whole. While the percentage of women in the United States workforce has gradually risen to 46.8% in recent decades, it remains lower in the tech sector.

As our graph indicates, based on self-reported company figures, female employees represent between 28% ( ) and 42% ( ) of the total workforce at America's largest technology companies, the so-called group . When it comes to actual tech jobs, that percentage falls much lower, as women take fewer than 1 in 4 technical roles in each of the companies that report such a figure (Amazon doesn't).

: Growth stocks versus value stocks.

📌 𝐆𝐫𝐨𝐰𝐭𝐡 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 are those companies that are considered to have the potential to outperform the overall market over time due to their future potential.

Growth stocks can be found in the small, mid, and large-cap sectors and can only maintain this status until analysts feel they have reached their potential. Growing companies are seen to have a good chance of considerable expansion in the coming years, either because they have a product or product line that is expected to sell well or because they seem to perform better than many of their competitors.

📌 𝐕𝐚𝐥𝐮𝐞 𝐬𝐭𝐨𝐜𝐤𝐬 are classified as companies that are currently trading below their real value and therefore will provide superior performance.

Value stocks are typically larger, well-established companies that trade below the price analysts believe the stock is worth, depending on the financial index or benchmark against which it is being compared.

Which category is better? The comparative historical performance of these two subsectors shows some positive results.
