The property is located at 301 SW 2nd Street in the heart of Downtown Fort Lauderdale’s Arts & Entertainment District. The 8,650-square-foot building is situated on a 20,964-square-foot lot formely occupied by 00 Saloon, a traditional American restaurant/bar.

Colliers Urban Core Division represented the buyer, Aria Development Group, Nitin Motwani and Dev Motwani’s Merrimac Ventures, and the seller, International Longshoreman Association, in the acquisition/disposition of the 24,000 square-foot development site known as The Miami Link.

The site is located at 33-55 NW 6th Street, one block from Brightline Miami Central. The buyer, also acquired the adjoining corner parcel located at 600 NE 1st Ave (from a separate seller), increasing the total assemblage to 34,800 square feet.
