💰✨ Financial Self-Care IS Self-Care ✨💰

September is National Self-Care Month — and yes, that includes your money mindset 🧘🏽‍♀️🧾

Self-care isn’t just bubble baths and matcha lattes (though we love those too 😉) — it’s also:
✅ Checking in with your budget regularly
✅ Setting clear money goals
✅ Building your emergency fund
✅ Paying yourself first (hello, savings!)
✅ Saying no to financial stress

When you nurture your finances, you nurture your peace of mind. 🕊️

✨ This month, make a date with your money — review, plan, and take one small step toward the financial future you deserve. Your future self will thank you. 💚

Ever wonder if a clean desk or cosmic alignment helps with bookkeeping? Spoiler: It’s definitely not cosmic alignment. But fear not, because here’s your cheat sheet to keep those numbers dancing in order:

🧾 **Organize Your Receipts**: Forget using them as coasters—scan and file them like the VIPs they are.

📆 **Schedule Monthly Check-ins**: Nothing says “I love you” like a regular date with your ledger.

💻 **Go Digital**: Apps are like having a personal assistant minus the coffee breath.

🕵️‍♀️ **Reconcile, Reconcile, Reconcile**: Make it your mantra—it’s annoyingly satisfying and oddly therapeutic.

😂 Bonus Tip: When in doubt, hire a bookkeeper. They combat decimal disagreements and have great tax puns.

Say goodbye to financial chaos and hello to a zen-like spreadsheet masterpiece! Ready to level up? Drop a 🧮 in the comments if you’d like more tips! DM me if you’d like a consultation to discuss your bookkeeping. 🤗

📊 Know Your COGS: Your Profit’s Best Friend! 💸

Understanding your Cost of Goods Sold (COGS) is the key to unlocking your business’s profitability. It’s more than just numbers—it’s about knowing what you’re spending to deliver value to your customers.

✨ Why It Matters:

•Accurate Pricing: Helps you set prices that cover costs and boost profits.
•Inventory Management: Keep track of what’s selling and what’s not.
•Financial Health: Understand your true profit margins and make smarter business decisions.

🔍 Pro Tip: Regularly review your COGS to adjust for changes in material costs, labor, and other variables. Knowledge is profit! 💡

Did you know April is National Poetry Month? Every year I am always excited and enjoyed attending all events but for 2021 things got even more exciting . . . I submitted a proposal for my own event idea, “O,Cheers”, and it was selected to be a part of the festival! What better way to enjoy poetry than with a beer! Thank you to the folks over at who brewed up the Sweet Orange + Salt Gose to pair with the local poem written by M.J. Fievre and making my vision come to life. Make sure you head over to next week and order “Salty Consonants” whether to enjoy at the taproom or ordering your commemorative crowler filled to-go.

Thank you . . . Cheers to poetry and beer! 🍻📚
