You know it is going to be a great day when you walk in to the kitchen and are greeted by this surprise. This should be every day. This is why hiring passionate people that want to learn and grow are key aspects to a successful kitchen. When interviewing I like to ask the question, what would they make for me at their home. A passionate, exciting and heartfelt answer is what I am expecting.

I prepared today for my wife and I this esquite paella de mariscos a delicacy from region of Galicia en España. We are pairing it with an oak buttery chardonnay.
No need to say who we are going for in todays Fifa 2026 championship game. Que Viva España.

If you like Salmon this is a must. Salmon made in the oven, served with a light herb sauce, cilantro coconut lime rice, asparagus with parmesan cheese and edible flowers.
