AKAM is very fortunate to have such hard-working and dedicated CAMs and General Managers, always going above and beyond for our Board of Director clients and community residents.

For those who know, being a successful CAM on-site or portfolio Manager is a very challenging job: getting things done quickly, efficiently, responding to emergencies, staying on top of vendors, and making all best efforts to keep everyone happy.

Today of all days, please say “thank you” and “we appreciate you” to your CAM Manger today, at your condominium or HOA.

They don’t hear it enough, and you’ll be surprised how much it will mean to them.
