Practical, Direct, and Worth Every Page

I have to admit, at the beginning reading the book brought back some painful memories of the year I remodeled my home and was fk’d by a colombia contractor. Pain aside, I ended up enjoying the witty, smart and sometimes funny way Samuel writes about again, a painful process. However, If you are building or remodeling in Miami, read this first.

How to Build or Remodel a Home in Miami without Getting FK’d by Samuel Cuñado is a no-nonsense guide that tells you exactly where homeowners lose money and how to protect yourself. From permits and inspections to contractor red flags and payment schedules, it covers the realities most people only learn the hard (and expensive) way.

It’s not about design trends, it’s about strategy, documentation, and avoiding costly mistakes. And keeping your sanity.

Barriers to Love 🧿 🎃 🤎
Whatever is in your heart that is not clean, not true, will ultimately begin to act like a wall, obstructing the natural flow of love. People who say that there is no love in their life, are being blocked by this wall. Actually there is love, but they just can’t accept it. Ego is the clearest example of this. Ego limits the flow of love by placing conditions on the love you give and receive. Ego uses love to satisfy its own needs and desires. It produces a love which is deceptive, one which brings only temporary satisfaction. Ego does not allow you to experience true love or share it. If fact, ego is capable of destroying your ability to feel love altogether.
