This month, CBS Miami’s Miami Life toured the 26,000-square-foot, three-level oceanfront venue located at 5445 Collins Avenue alongside Fausto Commercial’s Carlos Fausto Miranda, listing lead Tony Saladrigas and Anne Mary Mairura. The property is offered at $6.5 million.

Wine-based RTDs are quickly becoming a growth engine, bringing new, younger legal‑age consumers into the category through convenience, flavor innovation and grab‑and‑go formats.

In Miami-area c‑stores, wine-based RTDs are proving that bold packaging, fun flavors and the right price point matter more than category lines.

At Mendez Fuel, VP of Operations Andrew Mendez notes top sellers like BeatBox, Beach Juice, and Monaco, each hitting the $3–$5 sweet spot.

Flashy packaging drives trial, while different brands connect with distinct audiences, from Beach Juice’s strong female following to Monaco’s appeal with middle‑aged shoppers and BeatBox’s broad reach.

The takeaway? Consumers aren’t focused on whether an RTD is wine- or malt-based, unique flavors and ABV are what move the needle.
