Many times our clients have told us that they trust us with their important projects because our team takes the time to plan, to prep and to program, and they know we care, and prepare well for the project on hand.

We strive to always create custom tailored solutions that are efficient and workflows that are easy to understand and execute, and even though some might be complex, we try to simplify how we communicate the message so that all parties involved can collaborate and feel confident that all requirements and expectations are met.

Many of our clients are production companies who expect us to join their teams and work in harmony with other vendors, contractors and third parties, it’s a process that starts and ends with respect, grace and being considerate of others, because we all need each other in order to achieve flawless ex*****on.

For the past 13 years FTS has been a great ally and strategic partner, and the owner Tim Durr an amazing mentor who has helped our business and technical knowledge grow tremendously.

We are thankful for strong friendships and business relationships that help us grow both personally and corporately and feel grateful for so many years of collaborations and selfless support, it has been such a huge blessing.

Thank you Tim Durr and Greg Meisel for helping us with this important project and welcoming us to the FTS Nasa Rocket launch command center to program and prep like it was our own shop, your hospitality, technical knowledge and friendship are priceless.

As HighRes Specialists we are repeatedly asked which switching system is the best, to which we usually reply: “best for which project?”

Our advice is never to fall in love with a brand or trend, or loose the ability to evaluate and assess the technical requirements and capabilities of any given product and it’s implementation and integration, boxes with k***s come and go, new technologies are always going to improve and become better and more reliable, but as engineers and specialists we should be flexible, look first at the workflow and ease of ex*****on and integration and always consider field tested equipment and marry the right solution to the job on hand.

The Christie Digital Spyder X20 is still a robust and reliable state of the art HighRes switching system, a 20 million pixel monster that never lets us down and will remain in our arsenal because it has earned our trust thru countless first hand success stories.

It is always a pleasure helping our clients realize their vision, is very rewarding to see the final results, but first we must simulate, plan, measure, calculate, pre-program and conduct a detailed preproduction to ensure everything can go according to the plan.

Our clients from ARPI have a great production team, we are glad we can help them with the ultra wide projection, HighRes switching, media servers and multicamera and broadcast engineering.

It is great to implement a workflow with our X20 Spyder system, as always, solid, robust, reliable and simple a total beast.

Having some fun today in one of our prep rooms, testing all assets on a remote production conference call, next week it’s going to be crazy busy so being prepared, ready and having all equipment bench tested has no equal, it definitely soothes the soul and makes clients more confident knowing they chose the right team to execute their production in excellence. Special thanks to Jorge Tapia and Johnny Ferlito from mix3 for making us part of their team of Specialists.

Some productions are busy, some are challenging, some are extremely demanding but our team always pulls thru, preparation, bench testing, and assigning the right specialist for the task is more than half the battle, we were in at 3am, show ready by 10am, non stop show until 5pm, no breaks, show completely taken down and packed inside all trucks by 7pm, thanks Jorge Tapia and the Mix3 team for making us part of your crew on this important project. We are sure God’s hand had to be in all these, because it is almost impossible to pull a task like this without sleep or rest and still have energy to go to the shop, unload, clean up and leave the shop ready for two more preps, Thank You Lord.

Last day of setup, the Pre-Light days are gone, all our tech team is ready to go, what an amazing privilege is for me to have such skilled and experienced professionals in our team, this year’s show is going to look and sound amazing, using AVP with hyper-deck emulation on our flypack for all our video rolls, so efficient thanks Greg Meisel from@ifelseware, Lots of new toys, say hello to my little friend, our all new and improved 4k 30 inputs fly-pack, all digital audio, Dante running networked audio, Spyder running the main stage. 24hr Webcast coverage. It is time for Miami Fashion Week 2019! We got busy right before Memorial day weekend gets crazy and we can get some family time and honor our amazing active and veteran men and women from our armed forces, it’s great to catch up with some old friends, special thanks to Lee “The Machine” Grillo for helping me create a motorized winch system to load and unload heavy racks on my pickup truck. We are almost ready for next week. Thanks to Oliver Quintero and Karim for another year making this important event rock together. Lots of pixels from our IAV stock and some Awesome Spyder X20 management and switching.
