Our executive leadership team, Shanae D. Hill, Founder & CEO, and Shantae Gilmer, Partner & COO, has been named to the 2026 Tampa Bay Titan 100, becoming the first twins recognized together in the history of the Titan 100 program.

While this recognition is an incredible honor, it’s also a reflection of the partnerships, purpose, and people who have been part of our journey.
