The Dryden Group was established in 2014 in Washington, DC. We built our reputation by working mainly with clients in the non-profit sector, accepting a small contract with a nonprofit that sponsors children in poverty. Our teams have traveled to the Dominican Republic and Colombia and met children who went to school for the first time because of the money raised by our marketing team and came back inspired. We added 3 more nonprofit clients to our portfolio and quickly became the number one source of donors for our clients.

As Dryden’s reputation grew, we were able to add on some for-profit clients and expand our business to Dallas, TX. Most recently, we have begun working in the telecom industries and within the last 6 months added 2 more offices to DFW, an office in Atlanta, and an office in Nashville. Due to our recording breaking 2020, we were voted our client's number 1 third-party vendor. Even during the pandemic, we have expanded, adding 5 more clients to our portfolio in the course of 2021.

Due to the increased demand for our services, we are looking to add more marketing assistants to our marketing and sales team. We provide full training for all candidates but are looking for those with the following qualities:

Great team player
Inspired to help themselves as well as others
Organized
Good communication skills
Ability to lead a team of people
Responsibilities will include:

Assisting the sales and marketing team for the entire sales cycle
Developing relationships with potential customers
Problem solving for current customers
Reporting the required KPIs on a weekly basis
Providing feedback to our clients at our monthly meetings
Learning to represent our different clients
