MARKETS WE OPERATE IN

Fort Lauderdale is a thriving metropolis that is growing and expanding exponentially. This urban city boasts a large international airport, cosmopolitan stores, arrays of restaurants, and several world class beaches. New developments have led to it becoming a center for arts and culture. Thousands of young professionals and couples are moving to Fort Lauderdale each month to grow their lives here. One of the most salient developments is the imminent arrival of the Brightline Express Train, a state-of- the-art rail system, which, will offer frequent express rides between Miami, Fort Lauderdale, West Palm Beach and Orlando. Both Flagler Village and Victoria Park have gone through a recent resurgence and are now rapidly becoming Fort Lauderdale’s trendiest spots. Developers, artists and residents have transformed the neighborhoods in to the budding and popular places they are today. These neighborhoods have become the ideal places to work, live and play. They are home to numerous new rental buildings and within minutes you can get to the beach, the airport, and the I-95. The Flagler Arts and Technology District and Music & Arts South of Sunrise is where artists, advertising agencies and web developers can be found. Pocket parks and urban gardens are “sprouting” throughout the neighborhoods as the fabric of the communities continue to develop and grow.
