🎣 A LITTLE APPRECIATION GOES A LONG WAY! 💙

Regional Program Manager Trina Long recently visited Jupiter Medical Center, Florida Coast Medical Center, HCA Florida St. Lucie Hospital, and HCA Florida Lawnwood Hospital as part of our 3rd Quarter Campaign celebrating National Hunting and Fishing Day.

With the theme in mind, Trina spent time rounding with hospital teams and shared a little treat — Goldfish! 🐟 — with nurses as a fun way to show our appreciation for everything they do each day.

From their dedication to their patients to the important role they play in the donation process, we are grateful for the incredible healthcare professionals who continue to support donation and help bring hope and healing to others.

Today, we’re celebrating the incredible emergency nurses who show up when patients and families need them most.

From the fast-paced emergency department to the moments that require compassion, strength, and teamwork, emergency nurses make a difference every single day. Their dedication to caring for patients also plays an important role in the donation process.

We are grateful for the emergency nurses who support their patients, comfort their families, and work alongside donation partners to help ensure every opportunity for donation is handled with care and respect.

The wait is almost over, but there’s still time to get your poem in! Today is the FINAL DAY for Florida middle and high school students to enter Ignite Your Mic for Life Teen Poetry Slam.

Maybe you’ve been writing in a notebook. Maybe you’ve had a poem sitting in your phone. Maybe there’s something you’ve been wanting to say but haven’t found the right place to say it.

Antonio Martinez’s life was a beautiful reflection of the love, kindness, and compassion he shared with those around him.

Those who knew Antonio will always carry the memories of the moments they shared and the impact he made in their lives. His story reminds us that the connections we make and the love we give can leave a lasting impression long after our journey here comes to an end.

Through the selfless decision made by his family, Antonio became a Donor Hero, giving the gift of tissue donation and bringing hope, healing, and a second chance to others.
