Last week, Subsea Global Solutions brought together our global Commercial leadership team in Miami for our Global Commercial Summit.

The Summit was an opportunity to step away from the day-to-day, strengthen collaboration across regions and align around how we can better serve our customers and grow our business globally.

A special thank you to Kate Tilker for her leadership, preparation and coordination in bringing the Summit together, and to our Commercial leadership team for their time, energy and commitment.

We left Miami with stronger alignment, new momentum and a shared commitment to working together as One Global Team.

Subsea Global Solutions is heading to SMM Hamburg 2026, and we’re looking forward to connecting with customers, partners, and industry colleagues from around the world.

Our CEO Harun Duzgoren, Head of Welding Uwe Aschemeier, and Commercial Director – Europe Greg Katikkis, will be attending the event and available to discuss the latest developments in underwater inspection, repair, and maintenance.

On Monday, Uwe also presented at MOVENA, sharing Subsea Global Solutions’ expertise on:
• Shaft and rudder system repairs without drydock
• Temporary and permanent repair measures for propeller damage during operation
• Underwater welding and repair solutions

These topics are at the heart of what we do: helping vessel operators address critical underwater challenges while minimizing downtime and avoiding unnecessary drydock periods.

At Subsea Global Solutions, our ability to deliver complex underwater repairs starts with investing in the skills and expertise of our people.

Recently, members of our global team participated in advanced underwater wet welding training in South Korea, building on their existing qualifications and developing the technical capabilities needed to execute demanding underwater repairs safely and effectively.

The training brought together diver-technicians and welding professionals to strengthen knowledge, refine techniques, and share expertise across our global organization.
