Went from sea level to 10,000 feet and got up and went for nice 5 mile hike to stretch the legs after being on the road for a bit! Apologies for being a bit winded at the end there, getting used to the elevation again! Just a quick check in with you all! The RunSignUp page is now open for the Canaan Valley Trail Run! I’ll be making a bigger post to let people know about it! Back to the time of year where you’ll get to see all my videos shot in the Rockies!! Can’t wait to see all the smiling faces again this year!

Get ready folks!! New chapters are coming!! After a long debate on where we want the direction of things to go moving forward…. The Canaan Valley Trail Run will be moving to Blackwater Falls State Park! For those of you that run with me every year, I hope you’re just as excited as I am to check out some new terrain! The park is very generous and a more solidified route is being worked up at the moment! Stay tuned for everything on the website to be updated and I’ll get RunSignUp open to you as soon as I can!! Thanks again to everyone who returns every year!
